About Public Health Emergency Preparedness
The goal of the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) program is to strengthen the community’s ability to prepare and respond to public health emergencies. East Liverpool City Health District has a mutual aid agreement with the Columbiana County Health District for public health emergency preparedness.
